 Invitation
SC/MLA offers presenters the opportunity for continued viewing of materials on the SC/MLA site via link, or via our online storage of your presentation for download. If you choose to have your materials hosted on the SC/MLA website, your presentation will be available for download to meeting attendess and others before, during, and after the meeting.
Submission Requirements
For all electronic presentations: Download and sign the License and Release and return via printed copy or fax to Taneya Koonce. The fax number is 251-605-7638. The License and Release MUST be received before your presentation can be made available via a link or hosted on the website.
- For links only: Send link information to Justin Robertson when a link to your presentation is available. Links will be accepted through January 1, 200x.
- For hosting on the SC/MLA site: Provide virus-free electronic files to Justin Robertson. Send as an email attachment (1.5MB limit please). To reduce file sizes, use smaller pictures, or convert them to a format that uses smaller file sizes (e.g., .jpg, .gif, or .wmf files rather than .eps or .tif).
